Process & Technology

We apply and strictly adhere to stringent quality control processes in order to ensure customer satisfaction.  These include SPC (statistical process control) – where we measure data to make certain that a process is progressing within predetermined limits in order to meet the established quality and cost efficiency goals.

We also utilize one of the industry’s most rigorous and comprehensive quality control programs which includes the internal and external use of Total Quality Management Programs, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) systems, and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC)

Every employee at International Molasses is trained on the appropriate quality programs in order to effectively contribute to providing customers with highest quality ingredients.
